Zambia Mission Trip - July 11 -  July 25. 

What we will be doing:

This summer, a team of six from First Methodist Church of Oviedo will travel to Zambia to partner with New Life Zambia in sharing the love of Christ through worship, teaching, and service.

During our time in Zambia, we will host a Kids' Bible Camp for 75 children, providing a fun and faith-filled experience centered on God's love. Pastor Brian will preach during Sunday worship, and our team will also help lead a special youth event following the service.

In addition, we will offer teaching and encouragement for pastors and church leaders, equipping them for ministry in their communities. The final part of our trip will focus on hands-on service as we help create mobility devices for individuals with disabilities, participate in a feeding program, paint facilities, and spend time interacting with preschool children.

• We invite you to pray for our team, our ministry partners at New Life Zambia, and everyone we will have the privilege of serving. May God use this mission to strengthen His church and share His hope and love in Zambia.

• Our hosts have invited us to partner with them by helping provide meals for those attending the Kids' Bible Camp and Adult Teaching Sessions. For just $10 per person, we can provide 2½ days of meals for one participant. Our goal is to provide food for 75 children and 25 adults, with a total fundraising goal of $1,000.
