A Soul Group is a small, welcoming gathering where people can come as they are to connect with others, grow in faith, and support one another. It’s a relaxed, open space for honest conversation, shared life, and exploring God together.

Anyone! Soul Groups are for all ages, backgrounds, and seasons of life. You don’t need to have it all figured out—just a willingness to show up and engage.

No. While Soul Groups are faith-centered, everyone is welcome to come, listen, and learn. The goal is connection, support, and growth, regardless of where you are on your faith journey.

Soul Groups are flexible. Typically, a group will:
Check in and share life updates
Read Scripture or a devotional together
Reflect and discuss questions
Pray and encourage one another
The focus is on community, not perfection.

Soul Groups are expected to meet weekly or bi-weekly, but groups can adjust the schedule if needed to accommodate everyone’s availability.

We provide training and resources to help you feel confident leading a group. If you’re interested, sign up for our facilitator training or contact us to learn more.

Not all Soul Groups offer childcare during meetings. When available, it’s offered on select nights and noted in the Soul Group directory.
